In the event that you receive a faulty item, or an item fails within the first year after you have purchased it, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement or, in the event that a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note that any items that are dropped, misused or otherwise damaged, will not be covered by warranty, however, in most cases, a repair can be done for a very reasonable price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accessories are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive faulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please advise us by email as soon as you can to advise of a faulty item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where a replacement will occur, every endeavour is made to ensure that the wooden component matches to the original as closely as possible. If a match is not possible, options will be provided with photos to allow you to choose which replacement you would prefer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Warranty items will be returned back to you at our cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
