Refund and Returns Policy

Please ensure that you have ordered the correct item. Refunds will not be issued where you have changed your mind.

Please call or email if you are unsure what product you wish to order.

Note that where you are purchasing a standard stocked item, that item may vary slightly from the picture shown as wood based items are all unique.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, or an item fails within the first year after you have purchased it, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement or, in the event that a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund.

Note that any items that are dropped, misused or otherwise damaged, will not be covered by warranty, however, in most cases, a repair can be done for a very reasonable price.

Accessories are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please advise us by email as soon as you can to advise of a faulty item.

Where a replacement will occur, every endeavour is made to ensure that the wooden component matches to the original as closely as possible. If a match is not possible, options will be provided with photos to allow you to choose which replacement you would prefer

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bryan T Woodturning, 84 Queen Charlotte Dr, Aotea, Porirua, 5024.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Warranty items will be returned back to you at our cost.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
